Our Homes - Eden Lodge

Eden Lodge is a four bedded home situated in Rushden. It is a fun, active home that likes to give the young people opportunities and life skills that can easily be overlooked by preoccupied or disadvantaged parents.

Eden Lodge excels in building positive relationships with young people and works towards goals and targets set by Social Services and the parents themselves.

Eden Lodge is occupied by boys and has a strong ethos in terms of the routine that is followed. Every morning the boys and staff have a briefing to go through the day ahead and each Sunday they meet to choose the week’s food. This is an important part of their personal development and will equip them for a healthy and independent future.

The Manager at Eden Lodge is a keen advocate of the close knit and supportive approach favoured by the company. His focus in the house is on creating positive relationships and role models. There is also a strong emphasis on physical activity and keeping the young people as busy as possible. As with all of the Direct Care Homes Eden Lodge places great value on learning through experience and utilises every opportunity for the benefit of its residents.
