Recruiting for Deputy Manager within a Residential Childcare Home in NN14

This role is intended to support the Home Managers and facilitate your personal professional growth and development and also that of Direct Care Ltd.

This is a permanent position - Working 37.5 hours

Candidates must be able to show their relevant experience within the Care Industry (preferably Childcare), together with a passion and understanding of the needs of our young people.

The successful Deputy Home Manager will:

    -Be 22* years old or above

    -Have a full UK Driving Licence with access to your own car

    -Have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a residential care (preferably childcare) setting

    -Have a good general standard of education

    -Have experience at senior level

    -Be committed to work towards achieving Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social

    -Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (QCF)

    -Have the ability to prioritise work effectively

    -Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills

    -Have a mature and level headed attitude with a proven dedication to, and a good understanding of, the complex needs of our young people.

    Preferred applicants will have an exemplary disciplinary record, be reliable and trustworthy with a good attendance record.
